Training Coordinator
Job Description
- Responsible for the competency management plan (competency matrix & competency gaps reduction) for the Plant and monitors the results on the Key Performance Indicators
- Works closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager and Human Resources Business Partner to ensure competency management system development and implementation in a standard way
- Drives proactive benchmarking with other internal and external Training Co-Ordinator’s to generate best practice
- Deploys the train the trainer approach with in the Plant for theoretical and practical learning solutions
- Support flexibility with in the manufacturing areas in the plant by leveraging the development of associates successfully operate multiple machines
- Super user for competency management digital systems
Qualifications
- Relevant training/instructor qualification or experience as a Training Coordinator
- Continuous improvement methodology understanding (E&T)
- Min 3 year’s experience in manufacturing environment preferred Fast Moving Consumer Goods
- Experience in training, coaching and assessment methodology
- Experience managing vocational competency management
- Experience in Management of Change
- Excellent planning & prioritization skills
- Fluent in Czech & English language
- Dynamic self-starter with excellent communication skills for all levels of the organization
