Inventory & Logistics Analyst

Job Description

Join our dynamic Supply Chain team as an Inventory & Logistics Analyst based in our Crooks Road office in East Tamaki. As our Inventory & Logistics Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our inventory management processes and streamlining our logistics operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently, from bean to cup.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels across the business in an SAP environment
  • Investigating root cause of any discrepancies and implementing solutions
  • Work closely with our 3PL and lead warehouse and storage optimisation
  • Review, manage and clear I-doc errors across our systems
  • Inventory management and reporting ensuring slow moving, obsolete and excess stock are managed within KPI targets and eliminate inventory risks
  • Manage inbound and outbound freight to optimise the overall JDE network.

Qualifications

For this role as an Inventory & Logistics Analyst we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain or FMCG. Preference within logistics and/or inventory space.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP.
  • Understanding of WMS and CRM systems
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Highly developed analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including managing relationships with key stakeholders (both internal and external)
  • Ability to work within and develop a high functioning team
  • Organisational and time management skills with willingness to deliver to deadlines 
  • Unrestricted Work Visa
